    Thanks Zinsou, Yes, Ticketing system is part of BurgeATS.

    Srinivasan, it allows different types of messages: - customer to department - department to customer - user to user - and also customer to customer

    Each user can be a member of a number of departments. BurgeATS ticketing system provides message redirecting to different users/departments. So if a message has been sent to a department/user, other departments/users can be added to contribute in the message.
