I need to vectorize a geographical map image in a manner that if I point and double click pre-defined points inside it, a ballon with informations should appear, nearly like PHP Classes main page, with the difference that the points and informations inside the ballon changes from time to time.

The PHP Classes site page welcome page for just logged users uses this forms generation class.

It has a Google maps plugin that lets you define the points in the map with the respective icons that show the balloons with the information you want.

Here is a live demo of the forms class using the maps plugin.
