I have used your package and it is working fine.
When I use the all.php I get a time-out when the directory contains to many files.
I have made a new version all_batch which can be executed in batch.

In the CSV can be added:
"mysql_connect_errno","mysqli_connect_errno",5,5,

I changed the line:
"split","preg_split (ignore if JavaScript)",5,3,
