I have ever this result...

Failed.

It was not possible to determine if info@google.com is a valid deliverable e-mail box address

off course with many addresses...

i think there is a problem when the script goes to the fsockopen line.

what can i do? or what can i make , to know what is bad, or what i must configure on server??

I tried that address here and it works well as expected.

You are probably having SMTP connectivity problems. I suggest that you set the debug flag to 1 and show the SMTP dialog to see why it fails.
