What a brilliant idea !
Developing sites that don't change at all (presentation sites) and then make them html/css only (without the need of php/mysql) to be served on GitHub or even other services (using FTP) it's a genius idea ! Not only the "hackers" (read here script kiddies) will waste the time, but also contribute to a less traffic on servers (making server caching useful). Less traffic, less electricity consomption, better planet.
