Replace
$head.=$this->inputs[$input]["object"]->ClassPageHead($form);
by
$head.=$this->inputs[$input]["object"]->ClassPageHead($this);

Line 3871: Same issue
Replace
$head.=$this->inputs[$input]["object"]->PageHead($form);
by
$head.=$this->inputs[$input]["object"]->PageHead($this);

You are right. The bug was fixed in CVS. A new version will be released soon. Thanks for reporting.
