I dont know who is the creator of http://i-want-php.appspot.com/. Anyway It would be better if this page (http://i-want-php.appspot.com/) has social networking links e.g. digg it, stumbleUpon, del.icio.us e.t.c

That's true. Hopefully the word of mouth will help this petition reach many PHP developers that will vote on it.
