OK, I'd love to subscribe to this. But I'm not going to be forced to listen to it on my computer all the time. If it truly is a Podcast, what is the RSS Feed URL so I can subscribe to it through iTunes, etc.?

You can click on the Podcast category link and use the RSS link URL. It may not have all the details in there yet, but I will add what is missing soon once I add it to iTunes podcast directory entry.

It's not hosting...it's a PHP Application that you install on your site.
Also, your blog has emailed me 3-times to tell me "[PHP Classes] New reply in a PHP Classes blog forum thread about post "Podcast Lately in PHP - Episode 1": RSS Feed?"

I see. The site really needs the podcast integrated in the site blog. So an alien application would not do.
As for any messages being received multiple times, this may be a consequence of problems in your e-mail address mail server. That may happen for instance when the connection to the mail server is slow. It may accept the message but do not send back to the sending server the final acknowledge, so it does not know for sure if the message was delivered and tries again later.
